When customers contact Munio about stainless beer cups, support messages may include cup count, finish, rim condition, stackability, delivery packaging, return reason, or product-condition photos. These details are used to answer the order question, verify what was purchased, review damage or missing cups, and keep a written support record.
Munio does not require age-verification documents, alcohol-consumption details, event guest lists, party photos, or beverage preferences to process a stainless cup order. If customers mention beer service, patio use, camping, or picnic use, that information is treated only as ordinary product-support context.
WHAT MUNIO DOES NOT COLLECT FOR BARWARE ORDERS
Munio does not ask customers to submit alcohol-consumption records, age documents for ordinary cup purchases, event guest lists, bar licenses, party photos, or beverage preferences to complete a stainless cup order. The store sells physical single-wall cups, so standard checkout, delivery, payment, fraud-screening, and support information is enough for normal order handling.
If a customer asks whether a cup is suitable for beer tasting, outdoor dining, picnic use, or stackable storage, our reply is limited to product-page facts such as capacity, material, rim style, finish, cup count, and single-wall construction. We do not use those conversations to create lifestyle, alcohol, or event profiles.
PRODUCT PHOTOS SENT TO SUPPORT
Photos submitted for beer cup support should focus on physical product details: rim, interior, base, brushed finish, powder coat surface, stack view, package count, label, or damaged area. Customers may crop out people, beverages, events, or unrelated household details before sending support images.
HOW STAINLESS CUP PHOTOS ARE REVIEWED
For Munio support, useful photos usually show one product detail: rim shape, interior surface, base, brushed finish, powder coating, stack view, package count, or a dented area. We review those images only to compare the delivered item with the order record and product page.
If a submitted photo includes beverages, a party table, home setting, or other background information, support focuses only on the stainless cup issue. Customers may crop photos before sending them if they prefer to show only the cup, package, or damaged area.
DATA RETENTION FOR CUP SUPPORT
Return and refund records may be kept with the order history so Munio can document return labels, inspection results, missing cup claims, refund timing, and customer communication. Carrier investigations, payment disputes, duplicate claim review, accounting, or legal duties may require certain records to be kept longer than routine messages.
