This Shipping Policy describes how orders are reviewed, prepared, shipped, and supported after checkout for Munio customers. We value straightforward terms, clean explanations, and policy details that are easy to verify before checkout. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
For single-wall stainless steel beer cups, our packing review focuses on keeping the item, included parts, and any protective materials together so the customer can compare the delivered package with the product page. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
- Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.
Business Days are counted from Monday through Saturday and exclude public holidays and carrier non-service dates. If an order needs address, payment, or risk verification, we may contact the customer before releasing the shipment.
SHIPPING COST
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.
DELIVERY AREA
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).
Please enter the full delivery address at checkout, including apartment or unit number, postal code, and reachable phone number where required. If an address cannot be served, we will contact the customer before continuing with the order. The store keeps its customer-facing information consistent for Singapore orders, including shipping scope, support contact details, and refund timing.
SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS
We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.
A single order may be divided into more than one package if inventory routing, parcel size, or carrier requirements make separate shipment more practical. We do not add an extra standard shipping charge when we split an order.
Single-Wall Beer Cup Packing Notes
Munio beer cup parcels are checked for cup count, finish, rim condition, stackability, and package format before carrier handoff. Brushed pint cups are reviewed for the four-cup set, graphite ale cups for the paired powder-coated finish, and sand camp cups for the six-cup stackable format.
A Munio shipment contains the listed single-wall stainless steel beer cups only. Orders do not include beverages, beer bottles, bottle openers, coasters, ice buckets, glassware, vacuum lids, insulation accessories, or bar-service equipment shown or implied by lifestyle images.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.
If tracking appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details so we can review the shipment and help with the next reasonable step. When information is incomplete, we may ask for the missing order details before confirming the next step.
